***Edits below!! more idol digging!***
well, color me happy….there are enough questions here to force me to push off my thursday thirteen another week (i was having trouble coming up with thirteen anyway…i was doing 13 wonders of the celebrity world….which started with Jeremy Piven’s hairline….seriously….what is up with it?)
well…we’ll start at the beginning…
#1 from Janet: What is your biggest fear? i’m scared of dying. for two reasons. i’m scared of the unknown and i can’t deal with the fact that the world will go on without me in it. there are things i won’t get to see and be a part of. i’m also scared of vomit. seriously. i’m an emetaphobe.
#2 from Nicole: If you could be on one reality show, which would you choose? extreme makeover?! i think the amazing race would be awesome to do…but i’d totally be terrible and would get philiminated in the first leg.
#3 from Jeff: Why don’t you like the zoo? see this post.
#4 also from Jeff: What one thing in your house would you be mortified to discover was placed on the mantle before you had guests over? (I’m not talking soiled diaper kind of thing… I’m talking some item in your house that you’re ashamed to admit is in it.) i won’t disclose any information other than the fact that it’s named after an animal and needs batteries. (i blush)
#5 also from Jeff: Assuming statute of limitations applies, what laws are you guilty of breaking? i’m a good girl. pot. um, yeah, that’s about it. well…i’ve opened other peoples’ mail before. speeding. i shoplifted by accident once.
#6 from Karen: How many licks does it take you to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Toosie Pop? And while you’re licking how about if you could travel anywhere on the planet for free with all the time off you wanted, where would you go, why and what would you bring me back? i never made it without biting. ask mr. owl (and if you don’t know that commercial, you are far too young!!). travel anywhere for free? if i had to choose a country…probably Italy. i’d need enough time to do all the sightseeing…but also go to the beach and spend lots of time relaxing. hmm…bring you back….i don’t know….maybe some shoes? that’s what i’d want someone to bring me from Italy.
#7 from Stacie: How does a Peach-Cheese end up in Canada? that’s a good question right there. i met the husband at summer camp is Wisconsin. he somehoe convinced me to move. he couldn’t have been from someplace warm…
#8 also from Stacie: If you could be a famous person for a day, who would you be and what would you do for that day? i’d love to spend the day in Ellen Pompeo’s shoes on the set of Grey’s Anatomy. mmmm…mcdreamy. or maybe in Ellen Degeneres’ shoes on the night of the Oscars.
#9 from Rebecca: What are you having for lunch? rice cakes and peanut butter
#10 from Rebecca: Which of the female singers is going to crash and burn tonight? not sure. i really don’t know many of the females – i love love love Melinda Doolittle so i hope she doesn’t suck. and i think Lakisha is great. and i like Antonella Barba….even if the internet is circulation pictures of her on the crapper. i kind of like Gina Glocksen too. i like her attitude. i can pretty much take or leave everyone else so far. we’ll see tonight, though.
#11 from Rebecca: Which cartoon character do you identify with the most? i’m definitely Belle. big dork at heart. bookish but totally HOT. married to a big brute….who is really a softie at heart.
#12 from Rebecca: Giant sombreros for spring – yes or no? no ma’am. i’m thinking i want to get me a cowboy hat…like Lena’s…
okay…that’s it. i’m spent. come back friday morning (or maybe even tomorrow night if i can get my ass in gear) for the answers to the rest!
~Antonella Barba is going home, y’all. mark my words. if she doesn’t, there’s something wrong with America.
~most awkward line of the night: “Ryan, are you trying to date this girl?”
~early faves are lakisha and melinda. Simon’s right. they are in a different league altogether.
~in all the talk about song choice….who on earth would think…”you know what? i’m gonna sing Chaka Khan!” what the hell?!!
~”dude, it wasn’t good.” is the new “it’s a’ight!”
