Other than that, how about Reunion or Studio 60. Those were awesome finalies and you get it all wrapped up in the end … oh wait. (Assholes!)

By the time it reached it’s finale, MASH had become so mawkish and preachy that it’s ending was well overdue. The show had run four times as long as the actual Korean war! I loved the finales of Mary Tyler Moore and Cheers. Some of the cleverest I can remember were Six Feet Under, St. Elsewhere and Hill Street Blues. And I loved the last episode of my fave TV show of all time (so far) Rome.
