So, on the eve of the 34th Chrismukah, I am here making pretty grown-up decisions. Hmmm, let’s go to the YMCA and have a good workout instead of sleeping in. Hmmmm, let’s not take our chances on any of the desserts that may or may not be nut-free.

Hmmm, let’s cut blunt bangs for the first time since 1993. Hmmm, let’s take my brother up on the offer to try egg nog for the very first time in what will go down in history as the Great Egg Nog Challenge of ’12.

AFTER,”Mama, do not make me drink strange spicy drinks ever again. That was a really mean trick.”

Survey says: It kind of tastes like pumpkin pie in a glass, which isn’t the typical way to eat pumpkin pie. It was kind of weird. I’d probably like it better in milkshake form. Or mixed with Irish Whiskey.

Of which I will need copious amounts of..

…for when I cut the bangs.
