  1. This is a wonderful idea and a fantastic list.

The other night I made chocolate chip cookies and my 15 year old son told me that the smell of the house reminded him of football. Confused, I asked him to explain. He said that he has great memories of me baking chocolate chip cookies on Sunday afternoon, which he’d eat until he was stuffed, while watching NFL games. My oh-so-cool, already jaded teenage son told me that something I’ve been doing for years without even realizing it has made for one of the best and strongest nostalgic reactions he’ll ever have. Sometimes those little things add up to a whole lot of BIG!
