“It’s okay, baby. Sometimes when you are a proud mama bear, it’s okay to bend the rules a wee bit.”

“I really hope you don’t get arrested. That would really spoil Emily’s night. Also, we wouldn’t be able to go for celebratory Yogurty’s.”

“Well, thank goodness you have your priorities straight.”

“You too.”

It’s not every day you get to sit and weep watch while your first daughter gets to see herself on a big screen in her first movie.

    If I ever have kids, and one of them is a girl, with my luck, her first movie would be one that could only be shown after 9 on a Friday night on Cinemax.
