so last night i did laundry with Ed Burns. in my sweats. in a laundromat. and we were speaking Dutch (isn’t that veerd?). i so wish i was kidding. i wish i could tell you that when i dream about a guy who looks like this

it’s all hot and steamy. i assure you…there was no steam. We didn’t even make Kraft Dinner in the dryer. no ma’am..it was all business.

i mean…i’m not one to read into dreams usually…but the guy? the hottest thing on Entourage right now. the Dutch? i watched the third – and best – Austin Powers movie last week and Goldmember speaks freaky-deaky dutch (also…great random fact. My Hiro from Heroes had a bit part in Goldmember. he’s japanese guy on street #2. he) i’m not quite getting the whole laundry thing…but two out of three ain’t bad.

i’ve always had a little bit of a thing for Ed Burns. he’s sexy in that moody and broody inner-angst-y kind of way. think Dylan McKay.

and speaking of Dylan McKay…

dude has aged, people. wow.

of course, i’d still do him. only i’ll be remembering him like this

  1. I hate to tell you the reason you were only doing laundry in your dream. Cause in my dream he was doing the things we discussed yesterday. 😉

  2. I dreamed about tornados last night…and we were stuck on the 30th floor of a high rise, watching a dozen of them come straight at us.

I suspect Ty Pennington will be in my dreams tonight, probably spilling a drink on me or something.

  5. […] Simple pleasures Published May 8th, 2007 moms , finances , school So this morning while some of you were writing about family, and trying to recall all those precious moments. Or about your hot and steamy language arts dreams at the laundromat, or the weight difference of your children….  I was off shopping. With no children. Having a very enjoyable, quiet, relaxing morning to myself. And this is what came of it. […]
