So, I know i’m not quite six week post-partum yet, but looking at my closet this morning and having exactly ONE thing to put on my body sent me into “i’ve got to get back into shape” mode, so out came the Winsor Pilates.
My goodness, they were sooo hard. I used to be such a pro. I know in the beginning the last time I probably had a hard time doing all the ab exercises. i did two 20 minute videos – butt and thigh and ab.
holy heck, I feel incredible right now. my goal is to do these two videos 4 times a week. the good thing for me is that isabella slept right through the entire workout. if she does this every morning, i’ll have zero excuses.
